Physician-Led Structure
Every facility has a dedicated Medical Director and a clinical team that rounds daily. You'll work within a real physician-led organization — not as an isolated contractor.
Subspecialty Collaboration
Internal Medicine, Psychiatry, and Wound Care work together across our facilities. Complex cases get the right specialist — and you get colleagues who understand post-acute medicine.
Operational Support
We handle credentialing, scheduling, billing, and compliance so you can focus on patient care. Our administrative team is built to support clinicians, not the other way around.
Flexible Arrangements
We offer full-time, part-time, and telemedicine roles across Arizona — from the Phoenix metro to Prescott, Sedona, Flagstaff, and Lake Havasu. Whether you're looking for a primary position or a supplemental opportunity, we have options.
